KRTAP25-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP25-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP25-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU4-58P, and RNU6-206P. Each is linked with KRTAP25-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP25-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP25-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by KRTAP25-1-low versus KRTAP25-1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP25-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP25-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
