Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP22-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,576 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP22-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to gamma radiation, Neuron migration, and Pallium development. Each is linked with KRTAP22-1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP22-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP22-1 results are reported.
