Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP22-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRTAP22-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL35AP15, KRTAP12-6P, and MIR5591. Each is linked with KRTAP22-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP22-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP22-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP22-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP22-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
