KRTAP22-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP22-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP22-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC40, PRDM16, and TRPM6. Each is linked with KRTAP22-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP22-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP22-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP22-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP22-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
