Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP21-3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,709 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP21-3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTV1P1, RNU6-143P, and ATP5MGP7. Each is linked with KRTAP21-3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP21-3-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP21-3 results are reported.
