KRTAP21-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP21-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP21-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITIH6, CCDC93, and PDE11A. Each is linked with KRTAP21-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP21-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP21-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP21-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP21-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
