Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP20-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP20-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are THSD7A, SMARCA4, and CBFA2T3. Each is linked with KRTAP20-2 in more than 1 cancer types.
