Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP11-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,404 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP11-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Positive regulation of binding, and Positive regulation of activated T cell proliferation. Each is linked with KRTAP11-1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP11-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP11-1 results are reported.
