KRTAP11-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP11-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 967 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP11-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXRED2, PPM1G, and AGGF1P6. Each is linked with KRTAP11-1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP11-1-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP11-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXRED2 grouped by KRTAP11-1-low versus KRTAP11-1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP11-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP11-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
