Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP10-6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 349 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRTAP10-6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of postsynaptic specialization structure, Carbohydrate transmembrane transport, and Modification of postsynaptic actin cytoskeleton. Each is linked with KRTAP10-6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-6-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-6 results are reported.
