Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP10-6 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher KRTAP10-6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCS show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where KRTAP10-6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
