Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRTAP10-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 440 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bleb assembly, Glial cell differentiation, and Engulfment of apoptotic cell. Each is linked with KRTAP10-2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-2-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-2 results are reported.
