Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRTAP10-2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRTAP10-2 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher KRTAP10-2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRTAP10-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and STAD show a favorable association.

CHOL, COAD, and ACC are the cancer types where KRTAP10-2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
