KRTAP10-11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRTAP10-11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,404 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRTAP10-11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP45, SSR1P2, and POM121L12. Each is linked with KRTAP10-11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRTAP10-11-to-partner and partner-to-KRTAP10-11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP45 grouped by KRTAP10-11-low versus KRTAP10-11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRTAP10-11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRTAP10-11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
