Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSNDP1, CDRT15P8, and CYCSP48. Each is linked with KRT9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT9-to-partner and partner-to-KRT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BSNDP1 grouped by KRT9-low versus KRT9-high in GBM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
