Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT8P52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRT8P52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, CDK13_S525, and HCFC1. Each is linked with KRT8P52 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT8P52-to-partner and partner-to-KRT8P52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P52 versus MTA1_S576 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT8P52→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT8P52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
