KRT39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,082 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT39-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP49, MIR5787, and WHAMM. Each is linked with KRT39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT39-to-partner and partner-to-KRT39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT39→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
