KRT26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT26-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGA, C5, and RAD50. Each is linked with KRT26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT26-to-partner and partner-to-KRT26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT26→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
