KRT18P67

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P67 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,551 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P67-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT18P38, KRT18P16, and KRT18P17. Each is linked with KRT18P67 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P67-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P67 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P67 versus KRT18P38 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P67→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P67) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
