Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P67 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 7 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of KRT18P67’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where KRT18P67 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types KRT18P67 is over-expressed in tumor.

STAD, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where KRT18P67 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
