Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P67 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT18P67 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher KRT18P67 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT18P67 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PRAD and STAD show a favorable association.

THYM, ACC, and ESCA are the cancer types where KRT18P67 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
