Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KREMEN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 625 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KREMEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRAK2, LYRM1, and CPP. Each is linked with KREMEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KREMEN1-to-partner and partner-to-KREMEN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KREMEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KREMEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
