Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KREMEN1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KREMEN1 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher KREMEN1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KREMEN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.

SCLC are the cancer types where KREMEN1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
