KRAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,366 significant associations in total. PAAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL11, EDF1, and DUSP4. Each is linked with KRAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRAS-to-partner and partner-to-KRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARL11 grouped by KRAS-low versus KRAS-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
