KRAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, CD49b, and MEK1_p_S217_S221. Each is linked with KRAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRAS-to-partner and partner-to-KRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by KRAS-low versus KRAS-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
