Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNOP1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,577 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNOP1P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, KCNQ5_S78, and MANF. Each is linked with KNOP1P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNOP1P4-to-partner and partner-to-KNOP1P4 results are reported.
