Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,018 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Mitochondrial fusion. Each is linked with KNG1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNG1-to-partner and partner-to-KNG1 results are reported.
