KNG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOJ, AOC3, and PDGFB. Each is linked with KNG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNG1-to-partner and partner-to-KNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KNG1 versus RHOJ in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
