KNG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,032 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KTN1-AS1, PRIM1, and RGP1. Each is linked with KNG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNG1-to-partner and partner-to-KNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KTN1-AS1 grouped by KNG1-low versus KNG1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
