KNG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,046 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKLR, SACS, and DYNC1H1. Each is linked with KNG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNG1-to-partner and partner-to-KNG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KNG1 versus PKLR in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
