Across TCGA cell cohorts, KNG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,525 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alcohol biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of cholesterol import, and Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with KNG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNG1-to-partner and partner-to-KNG1 results are reported.
