KNCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEATR3, SYVN1, and TSSK3. Each is linked with KNCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNCN-to-partner and partner-to-KNCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HEATR3 grouped by KNCN-low versus KNCN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
