Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,433 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFLR1, MIR4324, and IGHD4-23. Each is linked with KMT5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT5C versus IGFLR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
