KMT5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,353 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SBNO1, and SMC2. Each is linked with KMT5A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5A-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
