KMT2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,738 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, PAK3, and PRICKLE2. Each is linked with KMT2C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by KMT2C-low versus KMT2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
