KMT2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KMT2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PWWP3A, E2F2, and EWSR1. Each is linked with KMT2C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PWWP3A grouped by KMT2C-low versus KMT2C-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
