KLRC4-KLRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRC4-KLRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,016 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRC4-KLRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR147A, UBAP1L, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with KLRC4-KLRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRC4-KLRK1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRC4-KLRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR147A grouped by KLRC4-KLRK1-low versus KLRC4-KLRK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRC4-KLRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRC4-KLRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
