KLRA1P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRA1P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRA1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHBP3, IGKV2-23, and RNU6-859P. Each is linked with KLRA1P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRA1P-to-partner and partner-to-KLRA1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHBP3 grouped by KLRA1P-low versus KLRA1P-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRA1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRA1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
