Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS28P5, MIR4794, and RPL13AP6. Each is linked with KLK15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK15-to-partner and partner-to-KLK15 results are reported.
