Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLK15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLK15 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher KLK15 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLK15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and UVM show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where KLK15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
