The most reproducible KLK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, 4E-BP1, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with KLK15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK15-to-partner and partner-to-KLK15 results are reported.
