Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 667 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of AV node cell action potential, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity. Each is linked with KLK15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK15-to-partner and partner-to-KLK15 results are reported.
