Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK15-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB108B, UNC93A, and CYP26C1. Each is linked with KLK15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK15-to-partner and partner-to-KLK15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB108B grouped by KLK15-low versus KLK15-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
