Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,775 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK14-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK12, PRR9, and LY6G6C. Each is linked with KLK14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK14-to-partner and partner-to-KLK14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK14 versus KLK12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
