KLK11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,240 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK10, KLK12, and KLK13. Each is linked with KLK11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK11-to-partner and partner-to-KLK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK11 versus KLK10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
