KLHL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP35, TEMN3-AS1, and MIR4710. Each is linked with KLHL7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL7-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP35 grouped by KLHL7-low versus KLHL7-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
