KLHL40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL40-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTROB, NDUFA6, and ZWINT. Each is linked with KLHL40 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL40-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNTROB grouped by KLHL40-low versus KLHL40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL40→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
