KLHL35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL35-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYPL1P1, PABPC1L2B-AS1, and DUXAP3. Each is linked with KLHL35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL35-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1P1 grouped by KLHL35-low versus KLHL35-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL35→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
