The most reproducible KLHL30-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, FILIP1L_S1076, and PGM5_S122. Each is linked with KLHL30-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL30-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL30-AS1 results are reported.
