Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL30-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLHL30-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher KLHL30-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL30-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, BRCA, and CESC are the cancer types where KLHL30-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
